Here’s the quick answer. The PanaloPlay registration requirements are short: you must be 21 or older, allowed to play under PAGCOR rules, and ready with a username, a password, and your mobile number. Your real name and email address are optional on the form. Before your first deposit, though, you’ll need to verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID and a real-time selfie.
This page explains each requirement and why it’s there. Ready to sign up? Our PanaloPlay registration guide walks you through the form step by step.

Who Can Register on PanaloPlay
PanaloPlay is licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), so it follows PAGCOR’s rules on who may play. Under PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming Code of Practice, these persons are not allowed to register or play:
- Anyone under 21 years old
- Students of any school, college, or university in the Philippines
- Government officials and employees, and members of the AFP and PNP
- Persons listed in PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons, including anyone under a self-exclusion or family exclusion order
- Employees of gaming licensees
Why so strict? These rules protect people who are more vulnerable to gambling harm or who have a conflict of interest. If any of them applies to you, you can’t open an account, even with someone else’s details.
What the PanaloPlay Registration Form Asks For
The form itself is short. Walang komplikado. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
| Field | Required? | What to enter |
| Username * | Yes | A unique name you’ll use to log in. Pick one you’ll remember. [CONFIRM: character rules] |
| Password * | Yes | A password you don’t use on any other site. [CONFIRM: length and character rules] |
| Mobile number * | Yes | A mobile number registered to you. [CONFIRM: format, e.g. 09XX or +63] |
| Real name | Optional | Your full name exactly as it appears on your government ID |
| Valid E-mail Address | Optional | An email address you check regularly |
At the bottom of the form are two buttons: REGISTER submits your details, and RESET clears every field so you can start over.
Should you fill in the optional fields? We recommend it. Identity verification uses your government ID, so a name that matches it from the start helps avoid a mismatch later. An email address gives you another contact option if you ever need help with your account.
Identity Verification Before Your First Deposit
Registering gives you an account. To add funds, you first need to complete identity verification, often called KYC (“Know Your Customer”). KYC is a standard check that confirms the account really belongs to you.
In February 2026, PAGCOR tightened its KYC rules for licensed online gaming platforms. Players must submit their initial KYC requirements before they can deposit:
- A valid government-issued ID
- A real-time selfie of you holding that ID
Tandaan: the selfie is taken live, not uploaded from your gallery. The point is to stop people from using borrowed or fake identities. It also protects you: nobody can open an account or move money under your name without your face and your ID.
Which IDs are accepted?
PanaloPlay accepts the standard government-issued IDs used across the Philippines:
| ID | Issued by |
| PhilSys National ID (PhilID) or ePhilID | Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) |
| Philippine Passport | Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) |
| Driver’s License | Land Transportation Office (LTO) |
| UMID | Social Security System (SSS) |
| SSS ID | Social Security System (SSS) |
| PRC ID | Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) |
| Postal ID | Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) |
| Voter’s ID | Commission on Elections (COMELEC) |
| PhilHealth ID | Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) |
| TIN ID | Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) |
Where do you verify on PanaloPlay?
Verification happens at your first deposit. You don’t need to do anything extra right after signing up. When you make your first deposit, PanaloPlay asks you to submit your ID and take the real-time selfie, and the deposit goes ahead only after that.
Since the check comes up at that moment, get ready before you tap Deposit:
- Keep your valid ID within reach.
- Find a spot with good, even lighting so your face and the ID details are clear in the selfie.
- Make sure your camera permission is on for your browser or the PanaloPlay app.
What You’ll Need After You Register
Registration doesn’t require a payment account, but you’ll need one before you can play:
- To deposit: GCash, GoTyme, GrabPay, Maya, or UnionBank. The minimum deposit is ₱100.
- To withdraw: GCash or Maya only. If you plan to cash out, make sure you have one of these two.
See our deposit guide for limits and steps.
Common Registration Mistakes to Avoid
- Using a nickname as your “Real name.” Use your full name as printed on your ID so verification goes smoothly.
- Registering with someone else’s mobile number or ID. The account has to match the person using it, and KYC is designed to catch mismatches.
- Reusing a password from another site. If that site is ever compromised, your PanaloPlay account could be exposed too.
- Typos in your email or mobile number. Double-check both before you click REGISTER.
